Service & Application Specialist - International


Support all technical activities on high technology refractive, diagnostic and femto systems on an international environment (Central Europe, Baltics and Balkans countries)

Support all application trainings and first surgeries session with end users after installation completion of the equipment

Ensure the excellence of the service & application support within the whole region by growing the regional level of knowledge and the autonomy of the distributor teams.

Support when needed installations, complex repairs in all others DISTOPS regions (AFRICA, ME, TRIS, RUSSIA & CIS countries) on case by case when local resources are overloaded.

Develop the “Bausch Lasers and Premium” Brand reputation across the region by ensuring high level of Service support to our Premium customers.

Be the 2nde tiers support in Central Europe-Baltics & Balkans Countries upon strategic commercial requests.

Develop “Technolas” Brand reputation across the region by ensuring high level of service & application support “on Bausch Lasers” to our Premium customers in Central Europe-Baltics & Balkans countries.

Be the link with Product Support department in Munich and the distributors engineers in the region to manage 2nd tier support troubleshooting for complex repairs

Lead and support the new products launch on the technical & application aspect in all the region


Qualifications: Science graduate with service experience.

Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry (Ophthalmologic Premium Technologies domain)

Must have:

Ability to travel within the region on a frequent base (80% of the time)

Fluent English
